Are tickets still available for PAROOKAVILLE 2017?
Have a look in our official PAROOKAVILLE/TicketPAY Resale-Shop: www.resale.parookaville.com.

What is the Resale Shop? What are Resale tickets?
The official PAROOKAVILLE / TicketPAY Resale Shop provides all ticket holders with the opportunity to legally and safely resell the tickets they have already purchased in advance because of something that’s come up in the meantime (a semester abroad, exams, etc.). And that’s your opportunity, too! The festival’s 80,000 tickets are already sold out, so you’ll need a little luck to make it:

Go to the TicketPAY Resale Shop here: www.resale.parookaville.com.

When is the deadline for me to personalise my ticket?
All originally purchased tickets must be personalised by no later than April 30th, 2017 at 11:59 p.m.

Tickets purchased after this date, for instance via the Resale Shop, must be personalised within 14 days from purchase. If not, the tickets will automatically be personalised in the name of the person who ordered them!

Tickets offered for resale via the TicketPAY Resale Tool prior to the expiration of the personalisation deadline will not be automatically personalised in the name of the person who ordered them after the deadline expires. If you have any further questions, please consult with the TicketPAY Service Team.

Can tickets still be re-personalised after that?
Not easily. However, you can still have a ticket re-personalised via your MyTicketPortal upon provision of proof and a digital copy of your personal ID card or passport for an additional processing fee of €29 per ticket. This fee is in the interest of the security and safety of everyone involved, since the manual transmission and inspection of this data helps prevent ticket counterfeiting. If you have any further questions, please consult with the TicketPAY Service Team.

Can I resell my ticket?
Yes, but only via your MyTicketPortal. Go there and use the TicketPAY Resale Tool to resell your ticket! You can use the tool to set up your own Ticket Shop link containing only your ticket and then easily share the link on social networks, by e-mail or personally. You can also choose whether to post your ticket in the official TicketPAY Resale Shop (www.resale.parookaville.com). If you have any further questions, please consult with the TicketPAY Service Team.

Why can I only resell my ticket via the TicketPAY Resale Tool?
This tool (accessible via your MyTicketPortal) is the only means by which TicketPAY can guarantee that the ticket is resold to another person securely and at a fair price. At the same time, it provides you as the seller with security for the transaction of the payment.

We strongly advise you against purchasing tickets on other websites or platforms!

Can I decide myself on the price for the resale?
Only to a degree. The tickets can only be sold at the original price (plus a processing fee). The seller can decide who should pay this fee (the seller, the buyer or 50/50). We want to counteract the black market with its often horrendously high prices in this way. And so far that’s working pretty well 😉

How can I resell my Hotel or Comfort Camp Package?
The components of a Hotel Package (Full Weekend Visa and Hotel Voucher) can only be offered for resale separately with the help of the Resale Tool.

To resell a Comfort Camp Package you have to consult with the TicketPAY Service Team first. Technical reasons unfortunately prevent the possibility for you to resell these packages yourself via the Resale Shop.

I forgot to purchase a Parking Ticket, Locker or Booze Bag Voucher.
No problem! The Add-On Shop allows people who have ordered tickets to purchase additional products later (such as parking tickets or the PENNY Camp Upgrade) for PAROOKAVILLE 2017. The Add-On Shop is easy to access via the MyTicketPortal.
